I started this Blog to share my personal real estate experiences. As a Realtor® and Accredited Staging Professional, I am often amazed at the amount of money many sellers leave behind in their homes. Attention to easy fixes such as dated wallpaper, chipped paint, and cluttered rooms can add thousands of additional dollars to an offer.
I provide homeowners with staging and re-design services, helping them to boost the sales price of their homes while minimizing time on the market.
I have lived in Flower Mound, TX since 2005, with my husband, Daniel, and three children (Josh/12, Elena/10 and Karissa/8). We attend Church at Coppell Bible Fellowship in Coppell, TX. When we are not running from Soccer to school to Church, we are at home snuggled together watching movies and playing Wii games. We also enjoy traveling and reading together as a family.
